- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been going to this vets with two cats for years. The last four years i have been on incapacity benefit and boy do they let you know it. I had just moved from Stevenage to Hitchin and due to the move my benefits were late getting into my bank. As my appointment was booked for 8am and they open at 8am and i had a 20 min drive i came for my appointment and asked if they could invoice me for the jab for my cat. They declined and said they would not treat my cat. How bad is that. I have previously been invoiced with no problem and always paid up. Money talks i guess. I was told if i went into a supermarket i would have to pay and it is the same with them. I didnt know one classed animals the same as buying food. As it happens i have just checked with my bank and the money has now gone in and they could have had their money if they had just waited half an hour.by A Google UserAugust 09, 2017
