- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service is the poorest I've ever had and the way they conduct themselves is appalling, totally unprofessional and very rigid with policies! The security guard is rasist and will be following this up with a complaint and taking further outside of Asda too. Julie at the customer service team was unhelpful in dealing with our complaint and again being very rigid with policies! Will not shop at Asda ever again and will ask friends and family not to either and choose the more successful supermarket Tesco instead. May pay more at Tesco but you get a much better service and productby David LewisJune 08, 2017
